5. COOKIES
We use so-called cookies in some areas of our website. Through such file elements, your computer can be identified as a technical unit during your visit to this website, in order to facilitate the use of our offer - also for repeat visits.
This website uses the following types of cookies, the scope and functionality of which are explained below:
- Transient cookies,
- Persistent Cookies.
Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These include in particular the session cookies. These store a so-called session ID, with which various requests of your browser can be assigned to the common session. This means that your computer can be recognised when you return to our website. The session cookies are deleted when you log out or close the browser.
Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period of time, which may vary depending on the cookie. You can delete the cookies in the security settings of your browser at any time.
We use cookies to identify you for subsequent visits if you have an account with us. Otherwise you would have to log in again for each visit.
However, you usually have the option of setting your Internet browser so that you are informed about the occurrence of cookies, so that you can allow or exclude them, or delete existing cookies.
Please use the help function of your Internet browser to obtain information on how to change these settings. Please note that some features of our website may not work if you have disabled the use of cookies.
Cookies do not allow a server to read private data from your computer or data stored by another server. They do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses.

6. GOOGLE ANALYTICS
Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. To deactivate Google Analytiscs, Google provides a browser plug-in at: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
Google Analytics uses cookies. The information collected by the cookie about the use of our site (including your IP address) is usually transmitted to a Google server in the U.S. and stored there.
IP anonymization is used on this website. The IP address of the user is shortened within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area and in the other contracting states of the agreement. Only in individual cases is the IP address initially transmitted unabbreviated to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. This shortening eliminates the personal reference of your IP address.
The IP address of the user transmitted by the browser is not combined with other data stored by Google. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google observes the data protection provisions of the "Privacy Shield" agreement and is registered with the "Privacy Shield" programme of the US Department of Commerce and uses the information collected to evaluate the use of our websites, to compile reports for us in this regard and to provide other related services to us.

7. GOOGLE ADWORDS AND GOOGLE CONVERSION TRACKING
Our website uses Google AdWords. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States.
AdWords is an online advertising program. As part of the online advertising program, we work with conversion tracking. After a click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie is set for conversion tracking. Cookies are small text files that your web browser stores on your terminal device. Google AdWords cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used to personally identify users. The cookie allows Google and us to recognise that you have clicked on an ad and have been redirected to our website.
Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. The cookies are not trackable via websites of AdWords customers. Conversion cookies are used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who use conversion tracking. Adwords customers learn how many users clicked on their ad and were redirected to pages with a conversion tracking tag. However, AdWords customers do not receive information that personally identifies users. If you do not want to participate in tracking, you can object to its use. In this case, the conversion cookie must be deactivated in the user settings of the browser. In this way, no inclusion in the conversion tracking statistics will take place.
The storage of conversion cookies is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. As the website operator, we have a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour in order to optimise our website and our advertising. Details on Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking can be found in Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/.
With a modern web browser you can monitor, restrict or disable the setting of cookies. Disabling cookies may result in limited functionality of our website.
8. CONTACT
When you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide (your e-mail address, your name and your telephone number, if applicable) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data accrued in this context after the storage is no longer necessary, or restrict the processing if there are legal storage obligations.
The legal basis for the processing of data transmitted in the course of sending an e-mail is Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. If the e-mail contact aims at the conclusion of a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
9. DURATION OF STORAGE
Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the respective legal retention period and then routinely deleted, unless your personal data is still needed to achieve the respective storage purpose (e.g. for contract performance or contract initiation).
After three years at the latest, we will check whether your data is still needed and whether there are any legal obligations to retain it.
